30 Days from purchase on defective construction. 

Your Softech warranty does NOT cover:

- Exposure to excessive heat. Heat can damage the shape and lamination of the board

- Creasing of the deck or the slick - Water absorption

- Accidental or forceful damage to the board

- Over-flexed or broken boards

- Damage caused by leashes or other accessories

- Dents or depressions from the rider or foreign objects

- The print on this board will self-destruct with time and use

- Some sunscreens and lotions MAY affect the print on this board

Softech Returns

All product returns and exchanges require a return authorisation number (RA number) and proof of purchase. Simply contact Customer Service for your RA number/form, and shipping address.

We strongly recommend that you use registered post for all refund and exchange items as we assume no responsibility for lost items.

You bear all costs, such as shipping and insurance, related to the return of the product to us.

Allow 2 weeks for faulty claims to be fully processed.

 

Return Process/Instructions

  1. Contact Customer Service and complete the Warranty or Exchange/Refund form.
  2. Customer service will then issue a RA number (return authorisation number) and shipping address.
  3. Pack all items securely in a carton (or reuse the original packaging). Please ensure that all boxed items are securely packaged.
  4. Post the product with proof of purchase and completed return authorisation form.
